The Summit's apartments provide privacy, comfort and security; many boast gorgeous views of the surrounding neighborhood, Queen Anne Hill, Lake Union and the Cascade Mountains. Residents may choose accommodations from multiple floor plans, depending on needs, wants and budget.

Whatever your interests, chances are you will find them here and nearby.

The security of healthcare for possible future needs: Residents living in an independent Summit apartment are eligible for selected assisted living services such as bathing, dressing, and medication management (additional fees apply). In cases of emergency, assistance is available 24 hours. If the need for skilled nursing care arises, residents have the option of transitioning to the Caroline Kline Galland Home.

Convenient Fee Structure
You will appreciate the convenience of our fee structure: one monthly payment (no entrance fees) covers living quarters, assisted living services (if applicable), utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, great kosher meals, wellness programming and more.
