The Summit At First Hill

The Summit At First Hill is a special place to enjoy state-of-the-art retirement community living. More than just a great building, The Summit is a great way of life. Based on an enriched wellness model, our residence, programs and services are all designed to promote good health and enjoyment of life.

We offer a full complement of independent and assisted living services in a traditional Jewish environment. Residents enjoy gracious apartments, a wellness clinic, delicious kosher meals, extensive public space, an outdoor terrace and diverse, stimulating recreational and educational activities. Also on site is a spa, library, exercise room, café, synagogue, hair salon and parking garage.

The Summit comprises 126 apartments: 102 retirement (a.k.a. "independent") and 24 assisting living. Retirement apartments range in size from 590 to 1465 square feet; the entire project boasts over 200,000 sq. ft. The structure has 12 stories plus a penthouse and sky lounge.

Situated just east of downtown Seattle at the corner of Summit Avenue and University Street, The Summit is ideally located. The surrounding neighborhood mixes residences with banks, gift shops, drug stores and medical facilities. All are accessible via level, tree-lined streets and are within easy walking distance. Residents can also access downtown shopping and cultural events by foot, bus or taxi.
