SPECIAL RECOGNITION PROJECTS

“Chai” Sculpture

This gift will allow us to commission and install a new, original bronze sculpture of Chai, which is the Hebrew word for “Life.” It will be prominently installed on the open-air second floor terrace with an inspirational message for all to embrace.  A plaque conveying the donor’s wishes will be prominently displayed. For more information, contact Simon Amiel

New Lobby Furniture

The Summit at First Hill, the only Jewish retirement community in Washington State, still uses lobby furniture from the initial opening in 2001.  Updated furniture will provide a much needed facelift and, in turn, a gracious and welcoming environment for all to enjoy. Plaque near lobby entrance will convey donor’s wishes. For more information, contact Simon Amiel

Memorial Board

This beautiful, modern Memorial Board will be mounted at The Summit with the names of precious residents who are no longer with us. Dedication of the entire Board will contain wording of donor’s choice prominently displayed. For more information, contact Simon Amiel

Memorial Plaques

As part of our “We Remember” campaign, families may now purchase a Memorial Plaque for their loved one.  Each plaque will be illuminated during the time of yahrzeit/meldatho or anniversary of their passing. For more information, contact Simon Amiel
