I would like to begin by saying how much working with Josh Gortler has meant to me, both personally and professionally. It has been an honor, privilege and pleasure. Little did I know that when I accepted this position 11 years ago that I would begin a relationship with such a wonderful mentor, leader and friend. Among the many, many valuable lessons Josh taught me is to never rest on your laurels — the only constant we deal with is change. Successful organizations are always asking, “What’s next?”
