Kline Galland’s Senior Care Resource Line is here to help, every day in every way

Today, people are living longer and with more vitality and independence than ever before. This trend has led to the development of a wide range of care options that allow more seniors to age in place and live a dynamic lifestyle specifically designed to fit their needs.

As these new programs become available, it can be daunting to make sure you are up-to-date on all current information for you and your loved ones. Discussing options for the future is an incredibly important conversation to have, and we understand that the senior care landscape can be difficult to navigate as offerings continue to evolve.

That’s why we created Kline Galland’s Senior Care Resource Line. This no-cost, no-obligation service is a direct line to a live, in-person senior care specialist to have concerns and questions resolved over the phone. This specialist can help define the care options available at senior living facilities throughout the region, not just those offered by Kline Galland. Service offerings include, but are not limited to, hospice, palliative care, long-term care, adult day care, short-term care and rehab, home care, home health, independent living, supported living and memory care.

Here’s how it works:

    1. Make a call. We are incredibly proud of our Senior Care Resource Line. Open seven days a week, we established the Resource Line as a way to connect people to answers about all aspects of senior care, not just at Kline Galland. Dial 206-723-INFO (4636) and you will be connected to a live, experienced senior care specialist that can help answer questions and provide clarity that you may need as you navigate options. The line is absolutely free with no obligations – it is simply our pleasure to be able to serve our greater community in this capacity.
    2. Do the research and ask the questions. There are a plethora of online resources available for families who are exploring options for senior care. Be sure to check reliable resources for information and tips. Remember, it is never too soon to start compiling a list of questions.
    3. Know your options. Not every senior care facility is created equally. For example, at Kline Galland, we pride ourselves on being a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This means that we offer services to seniors from independent and assisted living to memory care and hospice. Our comprehensive, holistic care meets our residents where they are at with no need to transfer facilities at a later point in time.

You are not alone in the search for care or the conversation with your loved ones. Please don’t hesitate to call Kline Galland’s Senior Care Resource Line at 206-723-INFO (4636) if you have any questions or would like to chat further about ways we may be able to help!
