Jeff Cohen
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kline Galland. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, he graduated SUNY Oneonta with a B.S. in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining Kline Galland, Jeff was the COO from 2001-2006 at a senior care organization in Los Angeles, CA. He and his wife Betsy, to whom he has been married 30 years, have two adult children.
Jeff has been working at Kline Galland since 2006.
Min An
Chief Operating Officer
Min An holds license as a RN, BSN, ARNP and Nursing Home Administrator and has had 30 years of experience in long-term care. Since 2010 she has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kline Galland, overseeing the operation of long-term care, hospice and palliative, and home care and home health services. She also taught a series of quality assurance and improvement courses for Nursing Leadership and Management in Long Term Care at the University of Washington. Min is a graduate of Seattle University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and completed the Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Washington.
Min has been working at Kline Galland since 1992.
Tracey Groscost
Chief Financial Officer
Tracey Groscost is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kline Galland. With nearly three decades of hand-on experience in the financial aspects of non-profit and human services sectors, Tracey contributes significantly to the strategic growth of Kline Galland and the successful integration and expansion of Benaroya Community Services. Tracey earned her BA in Accounting from Western Washington University, did strategic leadership course work at The Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Washington State. Tracey lives with her husband and two children in North Bend.
Tracey has been working at Kline Galland since 2014.
Nate Nusbaum
Chief Philanthropy Officer
Nate Nusbaum is an accomplished senior Fund Development executive with over 30 years of experience leading both volunteers and staff in a variety of fundraising strategies. As Chief Development Officer for Kline Galland, Nate oversees all aspects of the Kline Galland Foundation’s philanthropy programs, including planned giving, major gifts, annual giving and community awareness.
Nate has been working at Kline Galland since 2020.
Shelly Ryan
Chief of Human Resources
Shelly Ryan is the Chief of Human Resources at Kline Galland. Previously, Shelly spent 31 years as the Vice President of Human Resources at a senior care organization in Los Angeles, CA. During her time in California, she taught a series of courses on Human Resources at the American Jewish University, and Cal State Channel Islands. Shelly’s calling for Human Resources is rooted in her passion to do everything possible to promote an environment that honors, strengthens, and inspires healthcare heroes to provide the incredible care every single day.
Shelly has been working at Kline Galland since 2013.
Erin Sheridan
General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer
Erin Sheridan is the Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel at Kline Galland. With over twenty years of experience in the non-profit health care sector, Erin is a specialist in health care regulatory law and compliance. Erin provides legal support to the Kline Galland team and oversees and insures Kline Galland’s compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Erin received her law degree from Stanford. She and her husband have three adult children.
Erin has been working at Kline Galland since 2021.
Liliya Babadzhanova
Administrator, Kline Galland Home
Liliya Babadzhanova brings 24 years of healthcare experience to her current role as Administrator of the Kline Galland Home. She has proven effective at a variety of roles during her career, including Resident Care Manager, MDS Nurse, Staff Development/Nurse Educator, Director of Nursing Services and Executive Administrator. Liliya completed 4 years of medical school before pursuing her Nursing BSN at Seattle University.
Liliya has been working at Kline Galland since 2017.
Matthew Powondra
Administrator, Mary Schwartz Summit (formerly known as The Summit at First Hill)
Matthew Powondra is Administrator of Mary Schwartz Summit, Kline Galland’s residential care community. With more than 14 years of experience, Matthew has contributed to both acute and post-acute care operations working at both domestic and foreign hospitals, before shifting his career to the post-acute, skilled, and long-term residential settings. Before moving to Seattle in December of 2020, Matthew most recently opened and operated a 190-apartment assisted living community in San Francisco, CA.
Matthew has been working at Kline Galland since 2020.
Pam Swanborn
Administrator, Benaroya Community Services
Pam Swanborn is Administrator of Benaroya Community Services at Kline Galland. She has previous experience as the Clinical Director of Kline Galland Home Health, Rehab Manager, as well as a Physical Therapist. Pam attended Bucknell University for her undergraduate degree and received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. Pam strives to create a culture of quality through motivation, respect and engagement to ensure all caregivers are empowered to provide the best patient care possible. Pam values her time with her husband and two young adult children, and she stays active doing yoga, dance, swimming and cycling.
Pam has been working at Kline Galland since 2012.
