KLINE GALLAND BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce two new members to the Kline Galland Board of Directors: Trea Diament and Eli Friedman.
Trea Diament brings to the Kline Galland Board of Directors a deep commitment to the Jewish community, a wide range of experience, and a passion for building stronger, safer, and more connected Jewish spaces.
Trea joined the board in January 2025, already being a familiar presence in the broader Jewish community. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Day School and is an active supporter of Jewish Family Service. In her ongoing role with the new building project for Herzl Ner-Tamid and the Jewish Day School, Trea has been on the committee working on these complex coordination efforts.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Trea served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and continues to embody a spirit of service in both her personal and professional life. She is a first responder with King County Explorer Search and Rescue, teaches fitness classes, and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Georgetown University.
Trea is known among her fellow board members for being a practical problem-solver, a dedicated voice, and someone who follows through. Whether working to improve Jewish studies or coordinating security initiatives, Trea leads with care and resolve.
When asked about her interest in serving at Kline Galland, Trea shared her desire to stay rooted in Jewish values while supporting vulnerable community members:
“I want to understand how we care for elderly Jewish individuals who may not be able to afford the services they need. My hope is to support Kline Galland in staying both deeply Jewish and deeply community-centered.”
We’re honored to have Trea bring her leadership, perspective, and heart to the board, and we look forward to the meaningful contributions she will make in the years ahead.
Eli Friedman brings to the Kline Galland Board over two decades of experience as a leader in brand strategy, creative marketing and team building—with his most recent role as a General Manager of Integrated Marketing at Microsoft. Throughout his career, he’s led some of the company’s high-profile consumer marketing initiatives, from Xbox to Windows to Copilot, more recently. His ability to lead with both creativity and strategy makes him a wonderful addition to our board as we continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of both current and future seniors.
Eli’s connection to Kline Galland dates back to growing up in Seward Park. As a child and young adult, he often visited older relatives at Kline Galland Home. His father also served on our board, and Eli is pleased to continue his family’s legacy.
“I’ve been thinking about where I want to dedicate my time and energy now,” Eli shared. “Kline Galland continues to rise to the top of that list—not only because of my family’s history here, but because of the essential role it plays in the community today.”
We are thrilled to welcome Eli to the board and grateful for his passion, perspective, and commitment to honoring Kline Galland’s mission to honor our mothers and fathers.
