With the highly contagious Delta variant circulating, the CDC is recommending all people living and working in long-term care get a booster shot. This is good news for Kline Galland as it will help protect our community and prolong the durability of the COVID-19 vaccine.
COVID-19 booster shot clinics have been confirmed at The Summit at First Hill and Kline Galland Home. These clinics and are open to all residents and staff who received the Pfizer vaccine and are past the 6-month threshold after their second dose.
“For more than 100 years, our mission at Kline Galland has been to honor and protect our fathers and mothers,” said Kline Galland CEO Jeff Cohen. “I strongly urge all eligible residents, staff and the extended community of The Kline Galland Home and The Summit at First Hill to get booster shots as soon as they are eligible. Together, we can work to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and protect the safety of our community.”
